Almost race day

The Pittsburgh half marathon in just 3 days away.  I had my last run yesterday... a 3-miler, stayed between a 9-11 pace.  That's pretty much what I'm planning on doing on Sunday as well.  Plantar Fasciitis has gotten the best of my March/ April training.  Not to mention my turning 30 and letting myself go.  Totally regretting that at this point since I'll surely not look so hot in my 'snug' running gear.  Oh well, if those people who still have 80 lbs to lose can do it (and wear it, yikes) well so can I dammit!  It's sure to be an interesting event for sure. 

We've also been packing up so we can move out of this house we're renting.  We'll be moving into our friend's duplex until we find something we want to buy.  Oh, did I mention we have to be out before we go on our international vacation at the end of the month?  No joke.  At least it's forcing me to clean out.  Again.  I just did this a year and a half ago.  Can't wait to do all of this again in few months after we buy something.  Okay enough of that negativity.

A few interesting things from today:  
-I only ate veggie stir fry, a black bean patty, an apple, carrots with peanut butter, rice, and drank coffee and water all day.  That's what's on the menu tomorrow as well.  
-We ran out of dog food last night so Oscar and Ruby got to eat veggies, rice, and lentils today. 
-It was such a beautiful day today and all I did was stay inside and pack.  Booooo!
-I fixed a lamp.
-I keep things I don't use because they were gifts.  
-I need more boxes.
